PLEASE NOTE: All prices are quotes, the age and overall condition of your instrument can affect the final repair price.

Initial $65 diagnostic fee.

$55/hour after the initial diagnostic (this includes repairs, deeper diagnostic and excludes the cost of parts).

Should you decline any repair services, this diagnostic fee of $65 is due upon the retrieval of your gear.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse any repairs or service. Due to the invasive nature of diagnosing electronics, the bench fee will not be waived should we refuse to take on your repair.

Same day express service, for select services, is a 50% fee applied to the final bill.

Rushed service is available, date and time of completion is negotiated on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, not all services can be rushed and not all parts are readily available.

Pickup & Delivery: $50/hour, round trip travel time from Hudson, NY.

We offer a Limited Warranty valid for thirty (30) days from the scheduled date of equipment pickup.

During this warranty period, any unresolved issues directly related to the original, agreed-upon repair (or a recurrence of the original symptoms) will be addressed and corrected at no additional charge. The customer must notify us of any warranty claim and arrange the return of the equipment within the aforementioned thirty (30) day period. This warranty does not cover: (a) damage incurred after pickup, (b) symptoms or defects unrelated to the original agreed-upon repair, or (c) issues resulting from misuse, accident, or modifications.

The customer is required to schedule a pickup date with us following notification of repair completion.

Full payment is due and payable at the time of equipment pickup.

Equipment left for more than seven (7) calendar days past the agreed-upon pickup date will be subject to a storage fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total repair invoice, assessed every subsequent seven (7) day period until the equipment is paid for and collected.
